i love ur nails is a US-based online shop selling press-on nails. This page explains what information is collected when you use this website and shop with us, why it is collected, who processes it, and how to contact us.

Our store runs on Shopify. Shopify powers our products, cart, checkout, payments, order records, store cookies and analytics, and fraud prevention, and it handles marketing consent where that is offered. Shopify and its service providers process customer information in line with our store settings and their own privacy policies.

Information you give us. When you place an order you provide your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and a phone number if you choose to add one. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in that message.

Order information. What you bought, the designs and sizes you chose, order totals, order status, and any notes attached to the order.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card number. Our Shopify admin shows the outcome of a payment and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.

Device and browsing information. Shopify's storefront services and our website hosting log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed. This is used to operate the store, keep it secure, prevent fraud and understand how the site is used.

Information stored in your browser. Your in-progress nail set and your cart are saved in your browser's local storage so you do not lose your work between visits. This data remains on your device until you clear it or complete checkout. Your cart is also held by Shopify so it can be carried into checkout.

Shopify sets cookies that are required to run a cart and a secure checkout, and it may set analytics, performance, fraud-prevention and marketing cookies depending on our store settings and the apps enabled on the store. This storefront also uses browser local storage as described above.

Unless you opt out or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising tracking is on by default on this storefront. The Meta Pixel sends page views, product views and shopping steps (including nail selection, completed sizing, cart additions and checkout starts) to Meta to measure and improve advertising and support relevant ads. Meta also receives technical information such as your browser, IP address and page URL, and may associate activity with your Meta account. Our explicit event parameters do not include your name, email, address, payment information or individual nail sizes.

Use Opt out of advertising tracking in the footer to immediately stop future Meta tracking from this storefront in this browser. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping advertising tracking off, and continue to respect previous declines. Your opt-out is saved in local storage. It applies to this browser; clearing site data or using another browser may require opting out again. While tracking is enabled, campaign parameters are retained in session storage for up to 24 hours and carried to Shopify checkout when available. Opting out clears stored attribution but does not erase information already received by Meta. Shopify checkout privacy choices are managed separately; this footer control does not change them.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, but checkout will not work correctly without the essential ones. Where a cookie or consent banner is presented at checkout, your choices there apply to those cookies.

Marketing emails are sent only to customers who have given marketing consent. Consent can be given by signing up on this site or, where the option is presented, by accepting marketing at Shopify checkout.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing applies to future marketing sends. You will still receive transactional emails about orders you have placed.

Shopify. Shopify powers our products, cart, checkout, payments, order records, store analytics and fraud prevention. Information you enter at checkout is processed by Shopify and its payment, analytics and fraud-prevention partners under Shopify's own privacy terms. Shipping carriers. We share the name and address needed to deliver your parcel.

Website hosting. This storefront is built and hosted using Lovable's platform. Its infrastructure processes standard web request data such as IP address and browser information in order to deliver pages to you. Payment details are entered in Shopify checkout and are not handled by this storefront.

Email. If you consent to marketing, your email address is held by the email provider used to send those campaigns.

Meta. Unless tracking is opted out or disabled by your browser privacy signal, Meta processes the activity described above under its privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/. You can opt out of advertising tracking without losing access to shopping.

Order records are kept for as long as they are needed for accounting, tax and customer service purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you. Emails you send us are kept as long as they are useful for support history.

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time, ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email iloveurnailz@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
