i love ur nails is a small US-based online shop selling press-on nails. This page explains what information we collect through this website and our Shopify store, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It is written to be readable rather than exhaustive, and it is informational website content — not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance with any particular law.

Information you give us. When you place an order you provide your name, email address, shipping address, billing address and phone number if you choose to add one. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in that message.

Order information. What you bought, the designs and sizes you chose, order totals, order status and any notes attached to the order.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card number. We can see the outcome of a payment and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits within our Shopify admin.

Device and browsing information. Our hosting and Shopify's storefront services automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you view. This is used to serve the site, keep it secure and understand roughly how it is used.

Information stored in your browser. Your in-progress nail set and your cart are saved in your browser's local storage so you don't lose your work between visits. That data stays on your device until you clear it or complete checkout; we cannot read it remotely.

Shopify sets cookies that are required to run a cart and a secure checkout, and it may set analytics cookies for store owners. This storefront also uses browser local storage as described above. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, but checkout will not work correctly without the essential ones.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this storefront.

To send marketing emails, but only if you have asked to receive them.

We only send marketing emails to people who have opted in. Signing up is a separate, deliberate action — we do not add you to a marketing list simply because you bought something or used the site.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link handled by the email provider, and unsubscribing takes effect for all future marketing sends. You will still receive transactional emails about orders you have placed.

Shopify. Shopify powers our products, cart, checkout, payments and order records. Order and payment information you enter at checkout is processed by Shopify and its payment and fraud-prevention partners under Shopify's own privacy terms.

Shipping carriers. We share the name and address needed to deliver your parcel.

Website hosting. This storefront is built and hosted using Lovable's platform. Its infrastructure processes standard web request data (such as IP address and browser information) in order to deliver pages to you. It does not receive your payment details, which go directly to Shopify's checkout.

Email. If you sign up for marketing, your email address is held by the email provider we use to send those campaigns.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not send customer or visitor information to AI tools. AI assistance was used to help build this website; it does not process your personal information.

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and customer service purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you. Emails you send us are kept as long as they are useful for support history.

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time, ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email iloveurnailz@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the store changes. The version on this page is always the current one.
