About these terms
By using this website or placing an order you agree to the terms below. They apply to iloveurnails.shop and the Shopify checkout it hands off to. This is informational website content, kept short and readable, and may be updated as the store grows.
Products and pricing
Prices, availability and product details come directly from our Shopify catalogue and can change without notice. Handmade sets vary slightly from the photographs. If an item sells out after you add it to your bag, checkout will tell you before payment.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is captured in Shopify checkout and you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.
Sizing
Custom sets are made to the sizes you select, so please measure carefully before ordering. Because sizes are chosen by you, an incorrect size is not treated as a fault.
Shipping and returns
Shipping options, rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. For hygiene reasons worn sets cannot be returned. If a set arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Using the site
Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or resell our images and designs. All imagery, text and design on this site belongs to i love ur nails.
Liability
Our products are cosmetic accessories. Follow the application and removal guidance and stop use if irritation occurs. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
